Lifestyle precinct at Tun Razak Exchange to open in 4Q2023
The Exchange TRX, the lifestyle district of the Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) in Kuala Lumpur, is set to start in 4Q2023. According to property developer Landlease, The Exchange TRX will have more than 400 shops throughout 4 retail levels, with 1.3 million sq ft of total net lettable location.
Wilson includes that tenancy levels at The Exchange TRC are “well ahead of market ratios”. “Our team believe the diversified retail mix enhanced by strong leisure and also amusement activations will work as a key point of distinction and will drive viewers to linger even longer and also make repeated visits.”
The Exchange TRX will have a 10-acre roof public-activated park. Called TRX City Park, it is created by Lendlease in joint venture with landscaping designers Oculus & Pentago.
