Coliwoo opens its 15th co-living property in Singapore at Pasir Panjang
The Pasir Panjang Road property spans 16,626 sq ft and is a freehold estate. Formerly the area of the Pasir Panjang Inn hotel, the group got the residential property vacant.
The brand-new property is lower than 500m from the National University of Singapore and about 1km starting with Curtin University. Placed for ease of access, it is a short travel from Mapletree Business City, Science Park, and the CBD using Ayer Rajah Expressway, West Coast Highway, and Keppel Viaduct. The vicinity also uses proximity to West Coast Park, Hort Park, and Southern Ridges.
Coliwoo has already launched its 15th co-living property, the Coliwoo Resort Pasir Panjang, a four-storey building at 404 Pasir Panjang Road. The brand, a co-living branch among the realty management solutions team LHN Group, revealed in its statement last September that it had acquired the Pasir Panjang real estate for $30 million.
Chong Ching Yeng, chief business officer of Coliwoo, says that the label is excited to broaden its co-living profile within the metro edge adhering to the introduction of Coliwoo Hotel Gay World. “Noting the demand amongst students and working professionals for long-lasting yet adaptable stays, Coliwoo Hotel Pasir Panjang boasts convenience and accessibility without jeopardizing on top quality, especially via its prime area in the center of Pasir Panjang.”
Coliwoo intends to open up extra co-living real estates in various areas next year, including River Valley Road, Rangoon Road, Balestier Road, Lavender Street and Arab Street.
The spaces on the Pasir Panjang property are designed with maritime motifs, including light grey tones and vivid aquatic blue colours to reflect the coastal associations of the place. All rooms are self-supporting studio units with help services, consisting of a self-service mobile application, an onsite attendant and housekeeping services.
