CBRE acquires Singapore-based sustainability advisory firm Paia Consulting

On August 1, CBRE announced that it has recently acquired Paia Consulting, a Singapore-based sustainability advising business. The purchase is component of the New York Stock Exchange-listed global realty services firm’s growth of its sustainability advisory business in Asia Pacific.

Following the procurement, the company will be relabelled Paia from CBRE, and the employee will be integrated with CBRE’s presenting environmental, social, and governance (ESG) consulting and sustainability support services team. Johnson will be the lead consultant under the joined entity, while Forcellati will be the brand-new supervisor of customer sustainability method and services.

Moray Armstrong, managing director of CBRE Singapore, says the introduction of Paia’s features will certainly put CBRE at the forefront of ESG advisory in Singapore and across Asia Pacific. “Our professionals are going to associate with customers on reporting, training, conformity, benchmarking, establishing, and executing ESG systems.
