Accor partners Fragrance Group and Global Premium Hotels to open three new Singapore properties
The signings for the three brand-new hotels are the current in Accor’s established partnership with Fragrance Team and Global Premium Hotels, the two of which are acquired by Koh Wee Meng, director of Fragrance Group.

Multinational hospitality competitor Accor has recently inked a contract with Fragrance Team and Global Premium Hotels to open up two new-build real estates that will house three hotels. All three resorts will most likely be open by 2027.
The collaboration at the moment has a profile of 17 hotels in Singapore, five in Australia and three in the UK. The resorts are under brand names for example, MGallery, Mövenpick, Novotel, Mercure, Handwritten Collection, ibis Styles and ibis Budget.
Amongst the two new estates is located at Hoe Chiang Roadway. It will definitely house the 808-key Mövenpick Singapore, the leading Mövenpick hotel in the Asia Pacific region. It will also house Mövenpick Living Singapore, a 37-key lodging focus on at visitors seeking prolonged stays.
